Case Manager, Medicaid Services Coordinator

Successful candidates will possess:

A Bachelors’ degree or higher in a health or human services field, and one year practical experience working with people with disabilities, or an Associates’ degree in a health or human services field or a license to practice as a registered nurse and one year of service coordination related experience, or two years of service coordination related experience.
